Dreamscapes Performing Arts Center (DPAC) is a community-centered venue for artistic excellence, creative collaboration, and cultural outreach. From student showcases to professional productions, we offer a venue where every voice is welcome.

Origin Story of Creative Dreamers and Dreamscapes
The origins of Creative Dreamers and Dreamscapes began with a simple observation: in every community,
there are voices waiting to be heard—voices full of artistry, honesty, and possibility. But not every voice has a
home where it can feel safe, understood, and celebrated.
Its founder and artistic director, Jennifer Quinones, was having a conversation with her son around the
pandemic, about loneliness and the lack of autonomy and opportunities to make music. The joy in making
music with friends was not possible at that point, and it was something that was missing in her life. They
decided to make Creative Dreamers. Since then the group has flourished and offered a welcome space for
neurodivergent individuals to come and make music. It has grown, and in 2024 the group was given a grant by
the ELCA Innovation Labs to put on a musical.
The Creative Dreamers had an opportunity to build a much needed performing space for their musical. We
were excited about the possibility of opening our doors to support other performing groups, and artists who
were having a difficult time finding a performing space that was open to them.
We turned our existing Fellowship Hall into a space that can do multiple functions. The church has hosted
family movie nights, and Teen Talent Showcases for the community there, as well as allowed on Opera group
to be there during the Summer, welcoming emerging artists from all over the world. Community Lutheran
Church believes in the importance of the arts, and the human expression that can change the world for
everyone. We welcome you to come and check us out, or better yet come and support any number of artistic
endeavors that will be happening here at Dreamscapes.
The motto of The Creative Dreamers is a quote from Willy Wonka that states “We are the music makers, and
we are the dreamers of dreams.” We hope that you will feel welcome to lean into that here at Dreamscapes
Performing Arts Center.
